"I tried calling Alejandra after a canceled policy and she ignored my calls. I called her from a different number and she answered immediately. My question is, why? Asked her for a supervisor and she stated that she is the supervisor, therefore I will be reaching out to corporate. For some reason, she's taking her job too personal when the only thing she is paid to do is to give insurance. So unprofessional yet with a kind voice. Don't let her fool y'all. I can't wait until they switch her up! But yes, I was able to find a corporate number to complain."
