"When I read a previous review from someone 3 years ago I could not believe it. Chantal had been helpful until I got into a car accident. Insurance was hard to deal with. Chantal and her helpers were no help. Once I called Chantal and she told me to call the office. Called the office only the be hung up on. And they refuse to help me with the car getting fixed. Like previous reviewer they would answer only to hang up. never answer my calls, Because they know my phone number. I like supporting small businesses and never had a problem with this agency until I had a car accident. Will be canceling all my premiums with her and taking my business elsewhere where I can be helped. I would not recommend her services."
