"Jake and this business cannot be beat! I had the worst experience with another golf car dealership in the golf community that I reside in. That golf car dealership would not answer the phone, would not respond to call-back requests and "stood me up" on an afternoon I was scheduled for them to pick up my golf car for repair. Not only that but the other dealership still would not return 2 more call-back requests that I put in about why they did not honor our scheduled appointment. I since phoned Jake and Acton Golf Car where we actually purchased our golf cart. Jake not only answered the phone and was extremely knowledgeable of the issue and friendly, but he was honest with me regarding an issue. That told me everything about Acton Golf Car and Battery.
