"The employee Beth is very rude at this store and is hateful to all the customers who go in there if you don’t like your job don’t work there if you can’t treat customers nice then don’t work at the job saying make sure you have the money or do you even have money or canceling the purchase for no reason."

"To be honest I only gave 1 star because that’s the only way I could do a review. They don’t deserve a star at all . I have been in there 20+ times staff and manager are rude. They give out a $5 coupon on receipt. I tried to use it, couldn’t figure out on self checkout. Ask employee for help, and wait and wait. I said, excuse me a couple times and the rude manager completely ignored me like I was invisible. She was standing right in doorway as I entered and that where she remained when I left. Store needs a new manager. I told them on the shelf price Is different, when I check out it is higher. She says there’s nothing she can do about it."

"The staff are rude, very unfriendly. If the other Dollar Stores weren't go far away I would opt for one of those instead. The store itself was dirty and unorganized, lack of leadership and authority. I myself have worked for Dollar General in the past and I find alot of the staff are not to friendly, maybe the general managers should do more to boost the moral of the staff instead always being negative give some positive feed back."

"The prices are competitive and I like the fact that there's a"dollar" aisle. It's a very convenient location so I can do last minute shopping without having to drive into town and fight traffic. I am not sure if it's just a Dollar General thing or not, but I've been in several stores in 3 different states and the place is always full of merchandise that hasn't been put away and most of the time it's very hard to find someone to assist you. They're are never enough employees and it feels like it takes longer to check out than it does to shop. I would probably shop here more often if the shelves were full (instead of still in boxes or totes) and if all of the products had price tags on them."

"Incompetent people running register. I and my wife spend average of $30.00 per day at this store. We are in our mid fifties. We both buy our cigarettes at this store daily. My wife shows up today with her 70 year old mother who is also a daily customer and she was refused the purchase of cigarettes because she didn't have her ID in her pocket. Her 70 year old mother then tried to show her ID and pay for the cigarettes and the incompetent cashier refused b/c he"knew" they weren't for her.This is absolute idiocy. NOW on the same day same cashier wouldn't allow me to load $120.00 on my netspend card because I only had Two one hundred dollar bills. I tried to split it into two different transactions and he was to dim to understand. How can Dollar General afford incompetent employees like this to handle daily customers who spend more than$30.00 every day. I'm done. I will also tell the rest of my family. Dollar General cares nothing about personal relationship with their customers."
