"I went into Goodwill in Granbury today around 2 o’clock. Was going to make the purchase until I had the rudest cashier, I have ever had. I requested to speak to the manager and while trying to speak to the manager about the issue that was going on with this girl, running her mouth and being rude to me at the register. She continued to run her mouth and the manager stood there with her mouth open and said nothing. I finally told them they could take their items and they credited back because I would not walk out the door paying for anything else out of that store. The management at Granbury is hiring low grade people to talk to and to check out their customers instead of having people that are respectful and thankful that they have a job because we as citizens shop at their store in which is over priced at this point anyway. I have spent hundreds of dollars at the store and Granbury and I refuse to ever go back without a public apology from this girl at the register long black hair, Spanish, etc.. I also will no longer make donations to the store in which I have my lots of donations in the past."

"Goodwill was nice, organized, and had good options. Clean bathrooms. Nice cashier in the evening but one of the morning cashier's is rude. We asked her questions at her register and she completely ignored us. Unacceptable behavior from an employee. As an ex retail manager myself, I never allowed this type of behavior. Will come back but only in the evenings!"

"Two years ago as you see I posted phenomenally about this place. A year later could I be even shocked, baffled, and appalled? Oh yes I could. Let’s just say management kept a managers relationship with an employee real quiet and when the employees spouse found out and tried to take action this location and it’s main head quarters had nothing to say and completely ignored it. The regional manager refused after many attempts to reach out never did return that persons call. So to say your intentions are to restore the community and support and cause of any kinds is not only appalling buts a lie. You support yourselves when it comes down to a manager having a relationship on the premises. Yes they made their choices and you allowed it to continue with no reprimand. I will never ever do businesses here again for sure. Nor will anyone I am related to and then some. You lost loyal customers and dedicated if ever there were a time employees."
