"The truth is that my experience was terrible. I have gone about 4 times to buy there and it seems that they are trained to be rude, badly faced and it seems that they were doing you a favor by attending you. Since I arrived, the two girls and the boy who were there, they didn't stop gossiping, they don't even say hello when you come in and when you go to pay they make faces like you're bothering their conversation. very good shoe store but awful staff"

"When I tell you I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service especially from a “team lead” I’m not kidding. Georgia is her name and I will NOT be spending my money there anymore!!! She was rude hateful and just mean for absolutely no reason. I never do reviews but it was definitely worth my time to say this! I can’t believe the company would put someone like this in charge! Y’all might to rethink that decision for sure!!!"
