"Customer service here could be more friendly — especially in fitting room. Staff that are here when I come are never friendly (expect for an older lady who is really nice). I always check in as expected & bring all my items out as I found them. I don’t expect a Chick-fil-A experience, but basic kindness. The girl working the morning fitting room today is enough to make me not come back here for a while. Instead of going to try on some clothes you feel like you’re checking into detention — no smiles, no kindness, wished her a great holiday and she just said nothing — not busy — just rude. Oh happy day!"
