"I don’t understand what all these good reviews are for. I just called to simply get a quote and this Nathan guy said he couldn’t get to it until next week or in the new year which is fine. But when I told him I was calling around just to get quotes as I bought a small property out there in St. Louis, he said good luck and just hung up. Now when I try and call back, it goes straight to voicemail. I believe people have had great experiences with him, but geez, what kind of business practice is that to act and speak that way over the phone?"
