Ashley Hines: Allstate Insurance

"When Allstate insurance company gave me a quote November 2022, the deductible for a residence was ＄3,000 and for a rental house was ＄1,500. In October of this year 2023, my roofing company said there was hails damage to some roofs. That's when I discovered that the deductible on the policy had changed to ＄5,000 for residential , rental houses changed to ＄ 3,000 . I tried to go back to check the quote link from their email, all not able to see. Then they sent inspector to inspect all roofs, all got declined In September 2023, they charged an extra $62 to my account since I was under auto pay. When I asked why, it turned out that they had underestimated the value of a rental house, so they charged an extra $62 to make up for the difference. But this money was paid from me in November last year. I paid one year's premium in one time, and suddenly after 10 month I was charged an extra ＄62 to cover the difference ？ so I canceled all auto pay with them and change to different lower price insurance company."

"This insurance company is worse then amax...I got insurance thru them and soon as therea a hail storm and I have a claim they want to threaten to drop me. VALERIE QUINTANA literary tries to lie to u and say she told u something about something before u sign which she didn't..I have all audio recordings and emails and I was never informed I'd be dropped if I didn't have 6 months previous coverage..this company is full of liars and people taking advantage of people..u can't talk to anyone for resolution..hope the owner of this company knows there employees constant lies are gonna get them sued for wrongful termination smh"

She is over the top with help and knowledge. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for my insurance needs. I left State Farm after 31 years to go with Allstate and Cindy Smith. Courteous, knowledgeable and concerned for My needs for insurance. Great place to go, fantastic people to help. 5 Star in my Opinion"
