"I bought some boots when I went to check out. I wasn't given a bag for the box and I asked for one. I was told I could buy one. I asked if they had any free bags and the woman said they do but it's in the back. I asked if she could go and get one so she did. She comes back, puts the bag on the counter and walks away. So I had to bag my own purchase. This was the manager that did that by the way. Very unprofessional. They need to look into hiring a new manager!"

"The store is neat, clean, and well organized, but the customer service lacks to say the least. I was in the store for an hour and the employees avoided customers like the plague, not even so much as a "hello". Finally, I was greeted and offered assistance, but only so she could tell me they were closing in 15 minutes. I am a District Manager in retail and this is totally unacceptable. Pressuring customers to leave and only offering help to get them to leave is terrible. I visited on the evening of 2-17-23. The entire staff needs a talking to. Probably 4 stars on presentation and zero stars on customer service."

"Amazing selection of mens, womens and kids shoes. Large clearance racks and the only store in the area that carries Merrel brand boots and shoes. If you sign up you get 20% off first purchase. Large parking lot and located at corner of plaza."
