"Very disappointed. I sent my daughter who is 13 to the mall to buy a pair of jeans and when she came home and tried them on they were too short. Of course she lost the receipt so we went back to the store to exchange but we were told that they accept all returns except for jeans because they are an easy theft item. I didn’t ask for a refund, I simply wanted to exchange the jeans for a new pair. These jeans still had their tags on. This review isn’t written to bash anyone (even though telling your customer that jeans are a high theft item is not really appropriate and it made me feel like she was insinuating that my daughter could have stolen the jeans). This is just an FYI to keep your receipt or have it emailed if you are buying jeans at this location. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience."

"I love the P.S side! Great deals, always the sizes I need for my two youngest and they like these styles. The last visit I made, the gentlemen who helped us was amazing! Super helpful, very patient, listened to what I wanted and found those things for me, made suggestions but wasn't at all pushy... Great place to shop for the kids!"
