"I finally found jeans that fit me but the color I wanted was the last pair on a mannequin, when asked to remove so I can purchase I was told awkwardly by several employees that they can’t sell me the last pair? Isn’t that the whole point.. to SELL things? This was a horrible and strange experience. I will never set foot in an express again. Missing out on a big sale because of laziness is unreal."

"Pretty decent selection of clothing to match anyone's style. I bought 2 pairs of jeans, one skinny and one slim for not so reasonable price. Their promotional discounts don't inform customers that they will pay for the most expensive pair not the cheaper one. At the end, you would have got the same deal if you were buying without any discounts. Very misleading promotional tactics."
