"They are incredibly discriminatory outrageous hurtful to our country and communities this particular store. They outright hurt people and think it’s funny human trafficking victims are playing violins outside the store for reasons they know about.Think carefully before you give them your buisness. I pray to never see that store again I hope they go out of business. Sorry to the two decent folks who work there. They sell garbage no one wants so truly think before that is our only choice around and it’s no coincidence, I can’t undo what I seen and it’s not good and perhaps their drama in life is deserved. Go anywhere else some of the sister stores are full of outrageous discrimination also to include I heard them telling elderly folks to go home and not come back hmm I wonder whose values them are but it’s not allowed for us but they can. These places are like pond scum if no one fixes it and gets rid of scum it chokes out all beautiful life and grows and becomes costly to fix. They are a disgrace"
"Ms. Breona Y and her friend were wildly inappropriate at the registers. I was never once acknowledged by her or the other worker on the 3rd register. They were in fact so lost in conversation a line started to form because no one knew they were actually working. Okay so we get to them finally with ourgreat finds (super clearance right now so it was a big plus) . I wish I was joking when I said this girl never made eye contact amd never said hi, your total, thanks . Bye. Nothing to the customers. Very weird and immature.will not be back."
"The store was decently picked over. One item I’d been looking for was on hold for someone. I’m not sure why TJ Maxx has a policy to allow people to call in holds. It isn’t a department store and the whole point is that the store gets in random items at different times. Feels like there’s no point browsing here anymore."
"I was impressed at the customer service from shift manager Amber and Associate Patrick. The other day we had an issue with an item that we were not wanting to return and we came back to T.J. Maxx and I was honestly taken back by how understanding and supportive Amber was concerning the situation. This store is doing something right and has hired a great team. After our issue was resolved I definitely had to recognize the great service we received from Manager Amber and Associate Patrick. Both made the experience of being a customer truly feel worthwhile. Thank you T.J. Maxx and all stores associated with the brand."
