"I was just radically profiled and disrespected by manager Christine at this store. My son had a pair of jeans that was a couple months old. They ripped horribly down the seam. I wanted a replacement and she told me they don't give out free clothes. They are new pants that give out on the seam. She was so rude. After I called her out on it she started to apologize and said she made a bad assumption. She kept saying I thought you wanted free clothes."
"Where to start. I love shopping at Old Navy. I had the worst experience today. One issue is that the signage is incorrect and misleading. The "manager or associate named Christine" refused to accommodate the promotion. She was rude and was making me "jump through hoops" to make a purchase. It was bad enough that the trainee that was checking out my purchase had to apologize for Christine's behavior. Old Navy, if this is the way you allow your managers to act then you'll lose business. This store is usually known for decent customer service...definitely a miss. I recommend you not shopping at the Gurnee, IL location."
