"This location needs help with their customer service skills. I've frequented this store 2 times in a week and BOTH times, different shifts of workers and NONE of them really there to "work". If I approach you with a shoe I'm interested in or apparel wear and you turn the other direction to avoid me...then why are you there to "work"??"
"I was looking for a very specific special edition croc. At first we thought they didn't have them, but the staff went above and beyond to not only search the entire back stock, but they found them! I was very impressed with the customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile to find what I was looking for. Definitely recommend! Some of the other shoe stores I searched in the mall were pretty dismissive."
"To who ever is in charge of this store please do something about the “manager” you have in charged of that store! I was literally walking back and stopped before I got too close to the rack behind me and the manager talked so loud into my ear it still hurts!!! He said you good right behind me, he could have said “excuse me”, but instead walked off nodding his head so I called his attention and he asked me again if I was “good” I asked to speak to the manager, and responded “I am the manager” but didn’t bother to ask if there was any He could help with or if something was wrong. Unprofessional at its finest."
