"I live in Arizona and my daughter attends Judson University. Her 2000 Honda Civic was having electrical issues that sounded like a new alternator was going to be the fix. Always working on my own vehicles, I was dreading having it taken to a shop. I randomly called Jim's Towing and Automotive. They were extremely friendly and professional. They could easily have charged me for replacing an alternator, but found a loose wire and sent her on her way. They have since replaced a catalytic convertor and oxygen sensor on the car, and I have full confidence in their honesty and pricing. I highly recommend their service!
