"Be AWARE of this location, they take out the engine intake filter, when nobody asks to change that. Avoid this dealership location, at all costs. That way if the filter is not changed putting it back can cause engine failure, due to the dust, that can fall into the system. The service manager is rude, doesn’t explain anything, no other dealership takes out the filters randomly. I said to change oil and do tire rotation only, they were trying to make more money by fooling clients. The intake filter was clean, but they still tried to convince me it has to be changed. They tried to charge me 170 dollars for oil change and tire rotation on VW Golf! That is insane, and after I said that I saw different prices online, he changed the oil change for 99, and he still tried to upsell the tire rotation for 50 buck, when the coupon on the website is for 25. And after all the service department front desk guy who saw all of this has no professional attitude at all, asking what am I going to do on the weekend, even after he spoke with my husband on the phone. BEWARE OF THIS GUY And the manager of the service department had no response concerning that. It’s was not the first time servicing on this location, but surely the last one. AVOID"
