"Alright ladies: listen up. We know finding a shop that won’t insult your intelligence/rip you off/be a nightmare, etc, is hard to find. Allow me to help you out: Go here. I got an estimate, which brought tears to my eyes, HOWEVER, I was smart enough to do something you should, too: price parts!! I saved a boatload. The very fine gentleman that is the owner was BEYOND patient with me. He was honest. Fair. Reasonable. Best of all, he was willing to work with me. I know my car got ALL the necessary parts/repairs, and that it was right, because it was done by PROS. Heaven forbid, things go awry, I am confident and I can go back and that it will get handled without any BS. I understand how much of a pain in the a** car repairs can be, but let this place help make it a pleasant experience. Again: fair, honest, respectful, respectable, and absolute professionals is what you will find here. I wouldn’t bother posting this review if I didn’t think it was worth sharing.
