"Wow, where do I start?! I needed to have a safety and emissions test done on my Mini Cooper by the end of December and the Mini dealership was booked (I discovered there is only one Mini dealership here in Missouri). So I performed a google search and Jesse’s Automotive came up. Since I was unfamiliar with the shop, I read the reviews and thought how can anyone mess up a safety and emissions test. Also, my son’s name is Jesse so I felt it was a sign to try them out, lol. I received superb customer service, very professional, affordable, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a woman. I liked them so much a few weeks later, I got a flat tire and they were the first place I called. Again, receiving top tier service, they provided photos of the damage to my tire, found reasonably priced tires and offered to come pick my car up to repair damage then returned it back. Very impressive experience and I will tell anyone and everyone about their shop."
