"I have to give 1 star because there is no option for ZERO star. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, FULL OF FRAUD. very bad experience in office visit. They take appointments under the name of Dr Tran van, but when you go there you will be seen my a Nurse. They never let you know before your visit that Dr Van does not work here and you be seen by Nurse. ( Front desk lady told me Dr Tran does not work here) Do not let them to draw your blood, she spread blood while taking needle out to all over my arm, A simple blood test report, they do not release to you, unless you make another paid visit. if you do not like their service and change your PCP, their office force you to switch back to them. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN ANY DOCTOR'S OFFICE VISIT, FULL OF FRAUD. I am going to send legal notice to them for Malpractice. Please make sure before you go there all above points I made here, it might help you."

"I want to first say that Dr. Casey was very nice when I went to my first visit. However, the remainder of the experience is why I rated them a 1. I am fully insured with a very reputable company through Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I have a $1,000 deductible. I went into what I thought was going to be a wellness visit (which is paid for by my company). The nurse said that because I was also having her look at me for my illness, they would have to charge me. She said I had not made my deductible yet so I would have to pay the full $120. Was not happy, but I went with it. Dr. Casey said we would set up our Wellness visit for the follow up and she wanted me to get a chest x-ray, my mammogram and my blood work and we would go over the next visit as my Wellness visit. The nurse gave me a sheet to call and set up my appointments. What she failed to do was give me what I needed to get my blood work done and did not explain anything to me. I had to call and do all the leg work myself. I was able to get the chest x-ray and the mammogram part done. Unfortunately, I had to call back to get more details on how to get my blood work done. I was told to call Walgreens and set up and appointment with them. That was not possible because they said I had to have a doctor's request for it. I set up my follow up visit to look over my chest x-ray and mammogram. The front staff then told me I needed to pay for today's visit plus an additional $89 for the first visit. Said the insurance would only pay $85 of the previous visit. Using my math, that means they would be charging me $294 for a 30-minute visit with the doctor. I don't think so. If you can afford that kind of doctors' fees, Dr. Casey is great. The staff, however, not worth it."
