"Titus and Carol are incredible and the pharmacist that her name starts with a k is really awesome too Joseph is so quick to answer the phone as soon as I call I get an immediate answer after one ring it seems they always let me know when my prescriptions are ready via text and they'll deliver it to your car no problems no questions asked they're great people always greet you with the smile and you always walking away feeling taken care of they always let me know all the details of the medications that I'm taking and if I have any questions for over-the-counter medications or prescriptions they let me know by expressing what the requirements are prerequisites are or not to do's that come with certain prescriptions in layman's terms that I can understand I just adore them couldn't be a better pharmacy in town Amarillo is lucky to have this team working for Walmart pharmacy"

"This pharmacy has poor customer service. And to top it off they don't even carry many manufacturers that insurances cover. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. My insurance covers 100% of every prescription I am on yet I keep have the issue of them saying my insurance doesn't cover certain medications I have been on for several years with insurance paying for them. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why should I have to pay for a medication that I know my insurance covers."

"I am constantly having to wait in line 20 plus minutes to pick up my prescription that I called in. Today I called my prescription in at 7:30 and was told it would be ready by 12:30. I come up here at 2 and stand in line for the usual 20 + minutes and my prescription is still not ready. This is continuously happening and I will never bring another prescription here again!!!!"
