"They will take DAYS on a refill. And that'd after telling you your Dr. didn't send it over to begin with, even though he did. So I had to call and confirm it was sent. It was. Called the pharmacy and spoke to a different person, they had it the whole time. So I went in 1.5 hours later.. still wasn't ready. Never using this pharmacy again."
"Drop off prescription right when they open. They said it would be ready at 10. I come back at 10 and they say the meds will not be ready till 1. Now I'm back at 1 now they say her meds will not be ready until after 2:30. I live 10 miles from this Walgreens I have burnt a ton of time and gas to get my wife's meds. I'm done."
"Pharmacy never answers their phone and it takes forever to get assistance at the counter. If you need to have another pharmacy call them to get your prescription transferred good luck… it’s absolutely outrageous and inconvenient."

"When my insurance wouldn't allow me to use this Pharmacy after going to their online website and transferring my prescriptions to them, they reached out to me and worked with me to get matters settled. In particular the pharmacist Peter was especially helpful, kind, and patient with me as we waited for my insurance to let us know that they sadly didn't contract with Walgreens any longer. Then he also assisted me in transferring my prescriptions to a new pharmacy and even said he would get them to get my needed ones filled immediately. I'm only sad I cannot use this Walgreens as my personal pharmacy! Highly recommend!"
