"Slow.... slow... slow. Dead lice would fall off these people. First it would be 45 minutes then hour and half. Now 2 and half hours later.... still haven't gotten prescription. Sick kid... needing to get home to rest. Update... over 4 hours... nothing. No text that it was ready to pick up... they made it very clear to wait for that text! Called Walgreens and now closed but I was informed my prescription was ready to pick up. Seriously..... that place is a joke. Side note... we do live out of town. Not in amarillo. I'm so glad they take customers situations into consideration when screwing them over!!!!"
"Have been back three different times to pick up a b12 prec ordered on Thurs an now its nearly sat an was told again they are working on it. This place is a joke! How hard is it to film a simple prec. They need to do something about it"
"Prescriptions are never ready even when I call ahead. I have always had at least an hour to an hour and a half wait anytime that I have tried to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. They are way too busy to be efficient."
"Never ever have live giving insulin in stock. Especially today on my second trip to this pharmacy I was told a truck would be her at 6. Arrived at 7pm and guess what? No insulin. Every time I come I get a half prescription bc they never have enough. It’s Christmas Eve and no other pharmacy is open. Walgreens stinks always has."
"tried calling to fill a prescription. And of course I have issues like I always do. Saying there wasn’t a refill on my prescription and that it was on back order.. but then the lady tells me they have it they just can’t give it to me without doctor’s permission. Even though my doctor called it in for me the same day. I got a text saying it was ready to pick up just for them not to give it to me because it was still on back order. I’ve also asked them to change my address multiple times and they still haven’t done it. Finally I got tired of them and switch to a different pharmacy who’s a lot nicer and knows what they’re doing."
