"Would have been 5 Stars due to the fact they offer diesel at the fuel station. However, it was a zoo. We are used to sitting in line. Pavement was clearly marked by arrows. However, some didn't adhere to that. The attendant didn't even come out of the shack to ease the situation. Only 1 pump working for diesel. Great prices though."

"I like Sam's club well enough. Good selection and folks are friendly and helpful... BUT... they have to put more people at the door where you try to get out! It is rediculous to check out your own merchandise then be forced to wait in line for 10 minutes to get out the door. This is their business and their choice... my choice is to shop elsewhere. Please get this fixed."

"***Update*** I have to update this review. I just received a phone call from the manager of the store. Her name is Erin and she was so sincere and apologetic for the experience my husband and I had. I have to say this is a first for me. I dont leave a lot of reviews but I have left both positive and negative. I have never had someone reach out to me other than the generic automatic reply that they send to everyone. Erin was grateful for my review even though I was not a happy customer when I left it and she never once asked me to edit, delete, or update it. She told me she can't fix things unless she knows what needs to be fixed. She assured me that our experience was not her goal for the store and it would be addressed. I'm pretty impressed and she left me feeling like I was heard and happy to be a Sam's customer again! Their customer service is awful! One live person checking people out on a Saturday afternoon! Are you kidding me?!?!? My husband refuses to go to self check-out so we wait in line forever. I got charged double for an item and didn't realize until we got home (1.5 hours away). I have tried calling their number numerous times to get this resolved but no one answers the phone. This place is a joke."

"If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Self check out is a joke. I’ve NEVER gotten out in one try. Using my cash back makes the machine stop. Currently waiting on the ONE register with a person. 15 minutes and counting. Two managers roaming aimlessly back and forth trying to blatantly ignore the six customer deep line! Sad that nobody wants to do their job anymore! I’ll take my chances on getting mugged on Ross…"
