"Done with CVS... needed help finding an item. Searched for someone and finally found her in the far back corner of the store. Asked her about the item I was looking for and she started telling and pointing where it would be. I had already looked in that area so I asked her to show me. She was obviously put out! She couldn't find it so she went to the office and asked the guy who I guess was hiding in there. In the meantime, several customers waiting at the registers. CVS has been going downhill for awhile! This was the final straw! Walgreens, here I come! Should have gone there in the first place."

"Had a prescription sent in and was told it would be ready by 3pm. Tried calling several times to make sure it was ready before driving to pick it up, never got anyone to answer the phone. Went the following day to pick up and still wasn't ready."

"The person at the window was rude. Two out of the three prescriptions were ready and instead she insisted we return when the other was ready. It wasn’t u til I pulled up my app I found out that two were ready and had to ask for those. Rxs were sent in yesterday morning and should have been ready in a 24 hr turn around for an antibiotic. And not only was she extremely rude but her attitude and eye rolling was not appreciated."
