"Why do you accept rx when you are closed passing through and now can't get my daughter the medication she needs"

"I went to the cvs in target to pick up an antibiotic and the pharmacist didn’t care to greet me which is fine because I’m tired as well and sick. He asked for my last name and I spelled it out and he just stared at me for about 10 seconds. I didn’t know if I heard him correctly so I said, “you asked for my last name?” He nodded at me and I spelled out my last name a second time. He proceeds to stare at me in silence without even attempting to type it in. I’m very confused because of the lack of communication so I stare back awkwardly waiting for him to use his words. He then proceeded to say “do you see the problem here?” And at this point I’m lost. I didn’t consider the fact that I might have said the letters too fast because that was never communicated to me. I said “what?” And he said “say it slow” while still staring at me expressionless. If he would’ve led with that, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review to begin with. I just don’t get what I did to deserve to be spoken to like that. I say each letter extremely slow and he finally decides to type it in. I understand that he might not be very fluent in English or I could’ve said the letters to fast but how was I supposed to know that based off of a very vague interaction. Instead of communicating that to me he just stared me down and considering I’m already sick, tired, and not having the best day I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I also wanted to purchase deodorant and he said I couldn’t do that but as I was walking off he said “let me see it” and scanned it in .5 seconds and checked me out. As I’m walking off he says loudly to the next customer “how can I help you ma’am!” With a very positive tone of voice so I feel like that whole situation was targeted. I don’t think any part of that interaction was necessary and could’ve been avoided in many different ways. Because of this, I will not be coming back to the cvs in Target or recommending it to anyone because that is no way to treat a customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn’t catch his name but it happened at 4pm on 12/01/23."

"very poor customer service, long wait times, and argumentative staff. The pharmacist failed to verify my medications before scanning them and became upset and argumentative with me when I told him I only needed one and not both. I understand that being short staffed is frustrating, but it does not justify this behavior."

"I went to this pharmacy to get the COVID vaccine. The pharmacist was working alone and seemed overwhelmed. He asked me to pull up my sleeve in preparation for the vaccine. He noticed my tattoo and made unwelcomed comments. I didn't go there to get commented on my tattoo, I went for a vaccine. Unless they change the pharmacist I won't be going back. Too bad because I really liked this pharmacy."

"After receiving several odd automated messages I attempted to call the pharmacy at 4:34pm. After much frustration with the automated system I was put on hold. Getting no response I hung up 31 minutes later. I had attempted contact that morning, but did not wait that long before I hung up. Again frustrated by the auto system."
