"Since moving to Elgin, I have used Casey Automotive several times when experiencing problems with my 2013 Volkswagen Routan. I have had great customer service with each and every visit. Today my service was EXCEPTIONAL! My Brake Light went on while driving home from a class. I arrived at Casey Automotive mid-afternoon without any appointment and my vehicle was taken into the auto-bay area immediately for inspection. The technician found a leaky right-rear brake caliper and recommended that I check to see if the caliper was still under warranty as I had some work done previously at another automotive facility. As it turned out, that caliper WAS under warranty and I will have the caliper replaced at the facility where the original brake work was done. Casey staff added brake fluid at no charge and sent me on my way. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have a shop like Casey Automotive right in my neighborhood! I will be back for ANY and ALL work that my 2013 Routan needs. I have so much respect for the staff at Casey Automotive and hope that you will trust the care of your vehicle to them.
