"Today I went to the Aldi in Woodstock to return some boots and the attitude of the employee who was at the checkout was completely rude, with an attitude of such poor service and lack of respect. He is a man with little hair and a beard, approximately 30 or 35 years old. There is no right to receive that kind of bad attention."
"If I could give negative stars, I would! They deserve less than one star. I went to buy some wine after moving all day, as I'm new to this area! At checkout, the cashier named Sylvia told me she could not sell me wine because my ID is from the state of Wisconsin. I've bought wine at many aldis in different states, and never had a problem. I happily went and spent my money on wine at Walmart! Obviously, Sylvia should be retrained or let go. How hard is it to check an ID?"
"Side eye … told the employees around the corner and she said “ok” went on with my shopping and passed by again 10min later and they were still there. Checked out and they were still there. And for people thinking why didn’t you grab it and give it to the employee?? Mm no thanks im not going to grab moldy cuties. I did let the cashier know"
"Kudos to Aldi's for sending $5 coupons in the mail and having a $500 drawing for their Grand Opening. The Opening appears to be a success as the parking lot has been full non-stop; and many of the shelves and refrigerated and freezer sections are already empty. Though I am not fond of the new location (I really wish they could've stayed at Eastwood Dr), I still love our Woodstock Aldi's. I always get fantastic service and great buys. I hope with the larger store that we will see more of their Special Buy items for the home."
