"I had a $30 coupon off for just for you I had surgery and my kids try to use it and it didn't work screenshoted it & they didn't take it off they told them print out the receipt and go to spring grove where i work,i thought it was rude,i went back and used it & Zach was a manager and he helped take it off he was very nice & helpful."
"I’m at this store every Monday and Friday for their cheap chicken Monday and Bucket of wings sale on Friday. I just want to say the amazing women in meats department are such kindhearted sweet amazing group of women. They all deserve high praise and I hope this gets to the store director! Very professional and take the time to talk to the customers enhancing the experience. It may sound silly but they can turn my off days to better ones with their sweet attitude. Thank you for all you do!"
"2 stars because your shelves are always stocked, probably because your way over priced, but you guys really need to be on top of that meat section! How disgusting! It’s all rotting, brown and definitely not eatable. I’m so surprised the health department don’t throw a fine at you! Aldi and Walmart’s meat department are 5 ⭐️ compared to yours. Eewww"
"Called yesterday morning to see if I could pick up 12 cupcakes just with all white icing. That was all…. Just plain white icing. Was told no that they needed 24 hours for an order. I understand if I was getting a big order/ or anything special done, but seriously white icing on 12 cupcakes requires 24 hours. Called Marinaos and they were happy to fulfill my request within 2 hours."
"It's incredible that I just wanted to buy some drinks and I pay at self-check out, they ask me for my ID, I show my driver's license and the person asks me for the color of my license just because I have a TVDL she denied the service I can't believe that they ask me for that I'm buying and paying whit my card, it's a losing of money for the store, I will never buy from Jewel- Osco again..."
