"I've been in 3 times over the last year and have decided no more. I don't care for the impersonal vending machine/debit card process in a wine bar. Just a handful of bottles and were never given any tasting notes for selection help. Always came in at happy hour times and were never any customers. I never got any impression staff cared if we were there or not. Using a prepaid card for vending either you didn't have enough on the card so you top card up and then you have $ left over. Annoying to me. I will go where I get more personalized service and a friendlier welcome. Thank you."
