"Poor service. Lied about the order placed, called to say “only one” could not be filled. Upon receipt of the orders via DoorDash turned out that serval orders were missing. Substituted order without permission. Besides, I found the substitution inedible. For reference the orders were placed on 1/11/24. This is clearly deceptive and you are also indirectly stealing from customers. Shame on you!"

"Do NOT order anything from here....placed an order on DoorDash and received food as a "substitution" that could. not eat. Phoned the establishment and spoke with one of the managers who shared their food delivery truck didn't arrive today. Why continue to accept orders and send random food and waste the time of the DoorDash driver?!"
"I don't get the older one star reviews. My experience with this "gas station food" was surprisingly really good!!! I had a rice and bean bowl with fajita chicken on top and it was delicious!! Up there or even better than Chipotle! The young woman who waited on me could not have been nicer. Great food, good price, super fast and convenient."
"I go to Laredo Taco Company all the time when I'm in Texas and it's one of my favorite spots for quick tacos w/ handmade flour tortillas. Going to the Gurnee location was a very different experience. The tortillas were stale and the food was sloppy. I asked for guacamole and they only put one scoop on one half of the taco. The employees seemed like they did not know what they were doing. For $5+ per taco, I was very disappointed. You're better off supporting one of the many authentic local Mexican restaurants in the Gurnee area."
