"Ordered pizza for delivery and ended up having to go pick it up of course frustrated i did ask for a refund and was told they only charged the one pizza and the owner was not going to refund me or acknowledge the fact the pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 mins ago and had no eta for when it would arrive. Upon going to pick the pizza up i asked to speak to the manager about my refund. The cashier had a nasty attitude along with comments. One of which being i looked like a crackhead. So if you enjoy having to pick your already late food up at 830 at night (715 original arrival time) with no phone call to let you know the driver was not there or was running late and to be told you look like a crackhead then this is the place for you."

"Great experience here and Italian Beef was On Point! Big portions, fair prices, great flavors expertly prepared. We did not have any of the problems the other reviewers mentioned. Had an Italian Beef with hot peppers, melted cheese and gravy on the side. Toasted bun and delicious, 10/10. Fries were awesome. Chicago dogs were authentic and good also. Man who serviced the counter knew what he was doing and had a hand in preparing the food."

"My family ordered from Rosati's for the first time last night and we were impressed. The woman who took the order via phone was so polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. She suggested their "stuffed" pizza. We ordered that, an order of garlic cheese bread, fried ravioli and soda. It arrived at our hotel after about 40 minutes and it did not disappoint! The sheer amount of cheese on the pizza puts Wisconsin pizza to shame. WOW! The pizza was massive. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. The raviolis were my favorite part. My husband liked the garlic cheese bread. Everything was delicious! We also appreciate that the staff sent along plates, napkins and utensils. We are traveling with two young kids so this helped so much! There was also a heaping amount of parmesan and pepper packets. Overall, highly recommend! Great service and food. So glad we gave this local spot a try!"
