"If it was possible to choose 0 stars, I would. I received the wrong pizza and when I called to inquire about getting a remake of the correct order, I was informed it would take approximately 15-20 minutes. I arrived after 15-20 minutes had passed and then went on to wait another 20-25 minutes. When I asked how much longer they anticipated it may take for the remake, the employee said "A while." His response to my question, "Do you have an estimate of when this will be ready?" was, "I don't know." After he continued to talk on the phone with his manager for several minutes with still no answer for me as to how I could be compensated, I decided to leave. Definitely will not be coming back."

"I've been excited for this place to open, and it didn't disappoint! The dough is absolutely perfect, and the multiple cheeses were incredible -- definitely a Wisconsin based company! My wife and I were thrilled with our first Toppers experience. This does not taste like a "chain." This location has some available seating which is nice (1 large table + high top seats against the window), but this place is definitely meant for takeout. I highly recommend the place and I'm excited to come back again soon!"

"I had ordered pizza where drizzle was over poured and instead of helping me with my order manager was arguing on how I should have mentioned for light drizzle when “light” drizzle option is not given in online ordering. And he was also mentioning how it is extra charge for drizzle when the charge is not mentioned on the website while ordering."

"We ordered for pickup. It was nice to see so many employees (many looked to be trainer types) there on opening day to ensure things ran smoothly. When I called in the order the person was polite and verified my order back to me to ensure accuracy, asking me to spell my name to make sure he got it correct. The food was ready when I arrived and the order was accurate. Now about the food itself... The cheese curds are kind of meh but they were serviceable. I expected better from a WI based food company. The pizza was good and worth the price. The bacon sticks were great and definitely something we'll get again. I didn't care for the pre-packaged marinara sauce, but they have lots of other sauce options as well and the sticks are still good, even dry."
