"Unless you're trying to escape your family for an hour I would not recommend ordering at this location. I have never seen such an unorganized staff try and fulfill so many simple orders so unsuccessfully. Everyone in line had to go back up because their order was wrong or missing something. There were 2 people named Jim in line and this seemed to throw off the entire staff. Took 50 mins for a large iced coffee and 4 doughnuts."
"It took an hour to make 2 coffees. Yes, there are a ton of people order at once. But it's their ability to organize a crowd and get orders out. They would pile orders on the shelf and never call any names. So bottleneck ensued, no one knew if there order was ready and they didn't have. A system to balance mobile numbers and kiosk numbers. They would be better to just do kiosk so people didn't get screwed. People who ordered at the kiosk actually got their stuff faster."
"You have to register at the kiosk which nobody is familiar with. No option to use the Dunkin App. The whole experience to just order a simple cream and sugar coffee took about 17 minutes because I had to wait foe all the people with large orders to be filled 1st. Ridiculous!!!"
"I regretted going here immediately after I ordered and heard everyone in line complaining to each other. The store is in a very cramped area. If you have more than 3-4 people in line it’s ridiculous. They kept calling out the wrong names and getting orders wrong. I finally got my coffee drink after 15 minutes. Then after another 15 minutes I asked about my donuts. They acted like they didn’t even know about them. The lady brought them out soon after. I asked for a straw for the drink I had been holding for 30 minutes… then realized it wasn’t even the right size. Save yourself some time and go somewhere outside this hotel for breakfast."
