"Customer service at the Gurnee location from a particular employee was at a low level..they usually put finishing sauce on at the end when your pizza is done..this employee tells me for future reference tell them that at the beginning..I told her I was never asked! Some people should not be in customer service and they should leave their unprofessional attitude at home! Did it really bother you that much to squeeze the pesto on the pizza??? Not that hard to do lazy one! I also before this asked for a water cup and she seemed to yell at me about that..clearly she was having a bad day..eat elsewhere if you still want to be in a good mood at the end!!!"
"Good flavor but SUPER inconsistent. Order every other week and get a different looking pizza everytime. Sometimes 2" of crust and sometimes too overloaded and soggy. Side salads are over $8 on DD but not worth it (about 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 lettuce). Still 6mo later... inconsistent. My pizza today had no ingredients within 3" of the crust. Everything was piled in the middle 2" center."
"One of our favorite places for my wife and I to have our date day each Sunday. Pizza always fantastic and the ingredients fresh. Just a suggestion here...drizzle a little bit of the Balsamic vinegar...fantastic! Staff always friendly."
"Relatively quiet place compared to the other restaurants in this busy area. Interior was very nice and welcoming. Lots of nice wall art! My custom pizza was great! All the ingredients and toppings tasted fresh and the portion was great. Flavor on point. Very attentive and helpful staff as well."
