"I'm so upset, I placed a mobile pick-up order today and they didn't get it right at all. Upon arriving home and opening my sandwich, it had NO CHICKEN and just bacon. The sandwich I order comes with Chicken. My Chai latte had no whipped cream when I clearly requested it and my Mac and Cheese looked dirty from the top when I opened it. FREAKING DISGUSTING. This place is expensive as it is and for you guys to not get the customers order right and pay attention to detail is ridiculous, I want a refund. I posted pictures so you can see."
"Lack of honesty. I will never return to this Panera. They didn’t have strawberries or blueberries for the oatmeal, offered bananas, and I asked if they had apples since another location offered apples when this has happened , and they said no. I believe those things I took a picture of are apples. Just be honest. If you don’t want to cut the apples or give apples with the oatmeal, just say it. It seems very disorganized too."
"I like their smoothies and the teriyaki bowl but the manager there (Aimee) is a bit passive aggressive and unprofessional. The drive thru took nearly a half hr and their kiosks are constantly broken. They need more staff and BETTER staff. Not to mention there seems to be a lot of problems with gift cards not directly purchased from them."
"Sitting in drive-thru window for 15 min. Waiting for order. Ridiculous. Even called the manager from the car and she said they were understaffed. No shir. Stay clear of this location service sucks. Not the first time this has happened."
"Very nice location. Comfortable and modern feel. Service time was good and they offer a screen to see wait times for pickup too! Manager seemed very welcoming and was on top of things when it was busy, food presentations was good too. Tomato soup in bread bowl tasted great and the two Green Goddess salads we got were very fresh. Minus one star for no green tea :("
