"I ordered a dessert with my salad. My food was given to me with the receipt showing that I ordered the salad and the dessert when I get home my dessert was not in my bag when I called the store and spoke to Camron he said he assumed that I took a dessert from the counter. This was my first time in this restaurant, it shouldn’t be assumed that I would take anything because it looked like a display when I seen all of the rice crispy treats on the shelf where my food was being prepared being also in customer service never assume what you think They all The customer knows I should’ve been told you can take a dessert from here at the counter or would you prefer we put one in your bag with your salad , for my first experience, I would have to say it was not a good ! I PAID for something I never received!"

"I reached out via online feedback about my experience at the store and never heard back. I called the location it self and had a wonderful experience with the manager Mickey. Not only did she make up for my previous unpleasant experience promptly, but she went above by being extremely kind, understanding, and apologetic. I hope she gets recognized for this. "Best cookie EVER! Even got 3 more to take home. Haven't had anything I've disliked here but I keep going back to the buttered noodles with extra parm & extra seasoning- so simple but so delicious! Love the chicken pot stickers & cheesy garlic toast too. It was so good i didn't even get a picture before we started eating, lol!."
"We ordered our meals at 1:47p and weren't given them until 2:10p. Had they told us before we ordered that they were busy, understaffed, ect and that it was going to be 20 plus minutes we, at the minimum, could have decided to order or leave. 20 plus minutes for fast food seems a touch unreasonable. Otherwise, the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Mac bowl was okay."
