"Not sure what these bad reviews are talking about…..? This place was amazing!!!! The king crab was to die for and I loved their ultimate sauce. My boyfriend got the cat fish and wings which he said were amazing as well. Wait staff were super friendly. Also I think the prices are pretty comparable to other sea food boil places in the area. Will definitely be back!"

"The worse crab boil ever. Red flag #1 - we were the only people there and it was freezing. Red flag #2 - they had a full service bar with no bartender. Red flag #3 - the small piece chicken wings for $9.99 (no bigger than the size of child’s pinky). Now let’s talk about the crab boil. The prices are extremely high and the sauce is trash. If air was a flavor, that’s what it tasted like. There is no flavor or seasoning in the sauce. It had a bad after taste. The waiter asked for our opinion and we told him the sauce is not good and very bland. He gave us more sauce (see picture) and he told us let it sit over night and hopefully it will be better. I honestly believe the owners need to go out and compare other seafood locations so they can improve. I spent $160 today and was so disappointed. Before I could pay the bill, I made an order at another seafood boil place in oakbrook so I can add there sauce to my bag. I would never go back here again. I’m not sure how their rating is this high."

"Never will I return to a place where I have to pay for the commitments that suppose to come with a crab boil.. I wouldn’t mind paying for the items if the portions was worth it .. I was the only person in the facility which should’ve been the first red flag .. prices of these boils and combos as they want to call them are extremely expensive and definitely not worth it at all.. if someone post otherwise.. I’m telling you they are lying big time .. worst crab boil I ever experienced. Never will i return I advise the same to others .. just my truthfulness opinion and the sauce was complete trash it was so oily with no flavor.. only good experience I had was the server was extremely nice .. the food is a no go"

"not the best but not the worst... Just comparing with similar restaurant, the like of The Boiler Shrimp & Crawfish in Skokie...it cant be compared! oysters are not really fresh, we also ordered shrimp and snow crabs. my problem is, dun say 'market price' when they are NOT fresh! i eat seafood all my life so i know if they were fresh or not! the only dish that was good was king crab... i will say that, prices are decent, wait staff are average. will i come back, probably not even tho is closer to me i will probably take the drive to the Boiler Shrimp & Crawfish, price is a little higher and distance is further but i rather pay a little more and drive a little further for better food :)"
