"Ordered a 14 cheese and sausage for pickup tonite and when I got there the young girl said it would be $28.04. I said that's alot for a 14 inch pizza. .She said everything is going up and I should get used to higher prices ! Really ??? Then I looked at the menu and a 14inch was significantly less. I mentioned it to her but she offered no solution to the problem. I paid for the pizza and left. The dough was gummy and garbage. This place is usually much better but tonite it really sucked."

"Tonight the pizza to the leasing office for our pizza party and didn’t bring and napkins or folks or anything to eat with. We called to let the manager know and he didn’t offer us any accommodations for making us wait 30 mins for another driver to bring us napkins and plates. I then asked can we get a salad added and the salad was prepared poorly. I loved the pizza spot in oak forest I don’t like it in Woodridge not at all."

"We ordered at 5:30 yesterday with a 6:10 pickup time. I arrived and paid at 6:05, order #204. After sitting there for over 45 minutes and watching people come in and out and leave up to number 237, they sent me home with all of my money back and free bread sticks. When the pizzas were ready, they sent it for delivery (of which i tipped, of course...). When they sent them, they also sent an additional free veggie pizza. It doesn't matter what caused the situation. It only matters how they handled the situation, which I feel was top-notch."
