"4 stars because the play area can use some dusting/cleaning. Even the chairs at the kids area visibly are soiled from food stains/etc. You can visibly see dust/hairs on the stairs ,walls of the play areas. Good thing I brought extra socks with grippers so I don't have to deal with dirt as well as extra pants. This is a extra ,Good option when if visited most indoor playgrounds and just want to go for a quick but inexpensive visit."
"Bought a bicycle Mac and 10 piece mcnuggets and bit into a bone in one of the nuggets. It was disgusting and I went back in and all they wanted to do is give me another thing of nuggets and didn't write a report. Got a hold of Corporate all they wanted to do is give me some free food after I got my tooth to loose a terrible mcdonalds"
"The worst McDonald’s in America. The phone is ALWAYS off the hook (I suspect purposefully so you can’t call them) and my order is ALWAYS WRONG, EVEN when ordering on the mobile app. Never again. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and contacting the franchise owner."
"We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! We also get to play on the play place! it was super clean and very new and fun. The pricing for the party is SUPER reasonable!!! The party favors, the happy meals, the cake everything is great!!! We got the birthday hats and thank you card note from McDonald's official online template One thing we would change is the cake quality(a bit dry)"
"Yesterday around 8:02 decided to go and get a Hot Caramel Macchiato in less than 2 mins and what happened they charged me went to next window and they didn’t have my coffee (2) they said can u pull up to the window near the doors stayed there for 12. + mins literally more than 10 cars were getting there drinks/ coffees and mine ? They came and brought them to me and I said why more than 12 mins, oooh sorry machine wasn’t working, why the H didn’t they said anything at the beginning I got to work late and I called spoke with the manager / Hispanic and of course she didn’t know what to say just kept silent. It’s always this location messing something up!! Tell the customers, don’t have them wait that long!"
