"The customer service and food of the morning & afternoon staff has been deplorable for months. Burnt mcmuffins & steaks, no one speaks or understands english, but comprehends anger. manager is passive aggressive when handling customer complaints, and cheats refunds. I visited on 3/1/2024 at 10am because I was in a rush and the entire experience was awful"

"While the food is amazing as always , the service of this restaurant and the atmosphere of their employees is horrendous. I called 24 times within the hour to have somebody. Pick up and hang up every single time once. I arrived at the restaurant they tell me their phone does not work. They offered no sincere apology or any kind of measures to rectify the situation. I received ice cold food because of this."

"Erica is the best hands down. I arrived at McDonald's at 11:20 and all my food was fresh. She took real pride in her job. I'm thankful. Erica really deserves everything and more complete customer satisfaction. She did everything that she could to please me whether that was me coming back two times for paper towels or coming back for shamrock shake or coming back because I meant to say no onions. She accommodated me and this is the service that McDonald's is known for. I've been coming here since I was born. Thank you, Erica"

"This is the closest location to me so often I’ve got to stop by if the family wants anything. My order is wrong every time . Just 20 minutes ago I order a chicken nuggets and a mango smoothie I asked If could wait for fresh nuggets . They said ok and gave me my order within 2 minutes NOTHING about these nuggets were fresh and the mango smoothie tasted so OFF I’m not sure what they put in there but I simply left it alone it tasted so bad . It’s the last time me and my family stop by this location I do not care if it’s the closest one . I’ll drive that extra time to get better food and service . Please do no waste your money on this location it is not worth it . Rarely fresh , wrong orders , rude staff , no sauces wen asked to put some . Just don’t waste your time"

"I came in on December 26 at night at about 12:34 . The lady on the drive thru was very rude . When my husband was ordering. When we came to the window , I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was . She is an older lady so i asked how come they have her as a manager because of the attitude she had and she said it was because they only had 2 lady’s working and it was busy .. she Said Marlén her GM wouldn’t hired more people and her attitude was because it was busy . Worst experience now i understand why the 3.3 stars they have . Horrible customer service and she was one of the managers, that goes to say a lot about the place ."
