"I know I should have checked the item before buying it, but I didn't. I purchased a three-tier stack storage bin with clips today, and one clip was missing. I noticed after I took off the wrapping and threw it away. I returned to the store today with the e-receipt, which included a picture of the items purchased, to exchange the item, but there were no more in the store. I attempted to return the item but was told without the original wrapping to scan the barcode, they were unable to accept the return. I understand if I showed up with the box three months later or didn't have a receipt, but this was the same day. Also, if this is the case/policy, why wouldn't the store use stickers on the item versus cardboard you have to rip off to use the item? I am very disappointed to see an organization use these practices to maintain its profits."

"This store was a huge disappointment. We wasted the time and gas to go there to buy one of several electric blankets that were advertised as being in stock on the website. After checking every aisle in the store we didn't find one. In 20 minutes I didn't see a single employee. The website provides no location for the items it shows. I feel stupid for even going there. The trip was less than pointless."

"I went in to purchase some on sale items after Halloween. One of the items was supposed to light up but did not have a try me button and it didn't include batteries. I tried asking an employee stocking shelves but she didn't want to help and told me to go to the front for help. When I got to the cashier I told her before I decided between two items I wanted to make sure the light up one worked first. She looked at me like I had 2 heads and said she couldn't help me. I told her I didn't want to purchase an item if I wasn't sure it worked. She said they have a 90 day return policy and of it didn't work I could return it. I told her I didn't want to waste a trip if I could avoid it. She then said I could purchase batteries in which I said no, I have batteries at home and do not need to purchase any to see if an item I may or may not purchase works. She was completely rude and kept telling me their return policy instead of trying to help me, her attitude was poor and she continually gave me a rude look. Finally, I just had to ask for the manager. He helped me, but no apology for his employees poor attitude. We get most of our home decorations from the store and typically enjoy shopping here but customer service likes this makes me not want to return and spend my money elsewhere."
