"wth.. they are sooo slow. i printed pictures out and they were very simple pictures. it took them forever to actually give them to me. they were ready and they decided to get them to me an hour later."

"Only once they had ready. They never have my orders ready . Cancel the wrong cholesterol cancel and refill the wrong prescription. I ordered my husbands insulin and went to pick up they did not have. I asked them why they didn’t say so that night I ordered, and I asked them if they could call another Walgreens and they told me to and I told them they knew what to say, next thing they said they would have some insulin tomorrow, I told them my husband needed the insulin that night, then one said they had the shipment in, but haven’t checked in, then the said they could get it filled in a few hours and they would fill it, I told them I would not sit 3 hours around, next thing they filled it, I went to pick up one that was suppose to pick up, they canceled it because I wanted 90 days and the Doctor put lt in for 30, so why would you not fill the prescription . I can’t put up with this. There is more. But I just have to go to another vet, ."

"If I could write a review and leave no stars I would. We loved Walgreens in Belleville but in OFallon the pharmacy is a nightmare. They are constantly running behind, they will tell you a time and keep changing it and not fulfill their promise of when it will be ready. For myself I don’t care but when it comes to antibiotics for my child/children idc what you have to do you said it would be ready I expect it to be. We are transferring our prescriptions due to inconsistency. Avoid this pharmacy if you can."

"For being the busiest Walgreens in the area, all the workers and pharmacy staff are super helpful, caring and efficient. The pharmacy manager is the kindest woman I’ve ever met. I love this store and I appreciate how hard they work everyday to help every person that comes in! I understand why the wait times can be so long. It’s because the service is amazing and everyone want to come here to shop great deals and get their medications!"

"I have been put on the hold for 2h 40min now. Last month I visited at store. Two cashers were chatting during their working shift time behind the counter. One long hair, middle aged Caucasian lady and other short hair young Caucasian lady were talking how they are gonna get day off. I had been waiting in front of casher for 5 min or so and wonder how long it would take for them to come over. They looked at me and still did not come. I wonder if they did not want to help colored people or all people should use self check out. Well, I wish I could unless I need to pick up my PHOTO. Eventually other nice lady who were supposed to go home came out to tell them to help me out. This store is mess. I live in nice neighborhood but feel like living not."
