"Had a bizarre experience at another local Ace, and ended up just ordering what I needed through this location. My pick up was quick, and the two loading my car were very positive about getting it to fit, and just overall helpful and friendly. I tried to tip and neither would take it. "I placed an order online for same day pickup and it wasn't ready until the day after. I picked items up and got home and noticed they were the wrong size. I called to let them know that I'd be returning items later in the week. I asked if I could replace items with the correct ones and they let me know they don't carry the size I ordered! I returned items in shop and was rudely spoken to by Alicia, a manger. She rolled her eyes and looked up the item number and told me the items were correct size when clearly if she would looked at my items she would have seen the size did not match up to what I ordered. The Ace guy I spoke with on the phone and the manager need to be retrained to be friendly, more helpful and professional. I am highly disappointed. I might have to stop wasting my time with Ace Hardware and shop else where."
