"Purchased 13 items in the self checkout because the regular line had 2 cashiers with a line to the frozen section. The hall monitor at self checkout rudely stated next time I’d have to wait. Either add cashiers or get rid of the 10 limit. I’m sure the cashiers would appreciate the assistance."
"Self checkout now has a 10 item limit. I didn't see any signage so not really sure I'm supposed to know. Additionally if they are going to have a line for checkout while the self checkouts are all available, then maybe you need more cashiers. Not sure why the 10 item limit, Fresh Thyme and Aldi from now on."
"I don’t think I have met one employee at this location that has manners or show any type of kindness. The past two weeks I have come in to grab something quick and go through your self checkout, and each time the machines have issues. The Tuesday night attendant is rude and miserable. If you can’t use the handheld scanner remove them or put a sign that requests not to use them. I’d rather have a sign tell me than talk to that employee. You should do a retraining on customer service with your employees because your store needs it."
"For Pharmacy only... Can't read the difference between a 5 and 8 so they refused my medication refill on the hand written slip. It's not my fault the doc can't write clearly. Went to another pharmacy and got it filled no problem."
"Well organized store with it's own coffee shop. Friendly employees. Just one suggestion...widen the width of your aisles at least 6 inches. It's sort of claustrophobic shopping through the aisles especially when there more than two carts."
