My SPI Condo Rental is a real estate and travel agency located at 123 East Amberjack Street in South Padre Island, Texas. Our beachfront condos offer convenient amenities, breathtaking ocean views, and a prime location just steps away from the ocean. Perfect for families, couples, and friends looking for a beach getaway, our accommodations provide spacious living areas and comfortable amenities for guests of all ages.
Enjoy direct access to the beach, a pool, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, a fully furnished balcony with an electric BBQ pit, and WiFi to enhance your vacation experience. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12noon. Beach chairs are available, and umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach for added convenience.
With two parking spaces included, additional parking is available in unmarked spots in the complex, as well as free public parking within a block of the condo. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional vacation rental experiences, offering reasonable rates without compromising quality to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
