"This place is a joke. Walked in to the counter, said "Hello". 2 employees kept talking to each other ignoring my family standing there. Waited a few minutes, said "Can I sell some clothes?". Was told to registered on the tablet that was not even working properly. Had to enter every letter and number 10 times. Gave them full bag of winter clothes (and some summer once) and waited on the bench for 15 min. After 15 min the girl who was working with our clothes called my name and gave me a paper to sign asking if I want $6 cash for 2 WHOLE THINGS out of the bag full of clothes, or $7.50 store credit. I said I will take $6. She proceeded to check me out, when suddenly her coworker who was talking to someone on the phone jumps to us and says "We can not give you cash, store credit only". I asked why? and why her coworker just literally told me that she is giving me $6 cash? The rude person (who mind you was still talking to somebody on the phone ) said because those are winter clothes. Your whole store is full of ugly, overpriced winter clothes. It is not summer and you didn't even take any of the summer items I brought. I told them that they have no clue how to treat a customer and I do not want any store credit. Employee gives me my bag of clothes back without the 2 items she wanted to keep. I said "where are the 2 items you wanted, you didn't give them back to me". After that 2 items were returned to me and we left with all the clothes we brought. Went up the street, sold almost everything at Plato's closet and got $40. I hope that rude girl on the phone is not a manager. If she is, I feel sorry for the customers and for that store. Give your clothes to a charity or take it to Plato's closet. Ugly and expensive clothes at that store. They pay $3 for an item, and will sell it for $18+. Have not seen anything cheaper than $17.99 at that store."

"Train your staff plz. Super upset experience here. I came here around 3:30 pm and was told that they stopped taking selling and might restart it an hour later. I was fine with that. I called the store around 5:30 and was told that they were able to take selling clothes until 7. Several minutes later when I arrived at the store, staffs told me they won’t take any clothes today. Make sure your staffs are really doing their jobs. The girls behind the counter are like playing high school drama and trying to downplay their mistake. “ when did you call?” “ Do you know the name of the ppl answering your call?” “ We stopped taking clothes an hour ago and I think every staff knew that…” Talking to them is such a waste of time. NEVER GO THERE."

"I went in to sell some clothes. They quoted me 1:45 wait time. While I was there I shopped for a new top to go with a skirt I had. Vivian was amazing with helping me find what I was looking for. They finished my sell exactly on time and I got decent amount of money for my items. I was able to buy two tops to go with my skirt. It was a great experience!"

"The store is great. Sydney, one of the employees, was super friendly and helpful. Actually the entire staff was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. The store is neat and clean. The prices were priced good. We were able to find a lot of great deals. This store is so AMAZING and A+++ to the staff."
