"My husband and I went to Havertys (Frisco) in search for furniture for our downstairs area. Upon walking in, Dawn greeted us and gave us a brief overview of Havertys without being pushy. She gave us room to walk, talk, and test different furniture. During that process, she gave us all of the details on each product and provided the differences between each one. We made our living room selections and proceeded toward the dining room area. Once there, we met Lisa who had been discreetly tagging along gathering ideas of our style. She gave subtle hints and suggestions that allowed our creativity to grow. Both Dawn and Lisa worked collectively to assist us into crafting our version of a beautiful home. James came along to provide us with the different financing options available to ensure that we got the best deal possible. In the end if it wasn't for Dawn, Lisa, and James we would not have moved forward with our purchase. We are happy and grateful to have worked with such phenomenal individuals."

"I received a lot of great help to pick out a sofa that correctly met my needs. Their selection of high quality furniture was great and there was enough stock of the sofa I wanted to get speedy delivery. Prices were good and the sales staff was friendly and courteous."
"Not good anymore. Purchased two sofa's. The leather reclinering sofa took 3 trips to receive one undamaged. The custom sleeper took weeks to get only to receive without the correct gel mattress. They made good on it by ordering the correct mattress. Only, I had to drive an hour to pick it up although I paid for delivery. It took 1/2 hr. to find it once I arrived, only to find it sliced/damaged under the wrapping. I didn't bother with Havertys as the staff are not too interested in following up bad service. The photos depict the damaged mattress and the 2nd sofa with the missing bolts and screws that took over a week to replace. I've purchased many items from Havertys and this being the last."
"Harold was so patient and kind and we really enjoyed working with him. Desiree, the Designer was so nice and gave us so many great ideas. She helped us make all our selections with fabrics, pillows and overall design. Finally, Brandon the Store Manager was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The whole team was a pleasure to work with."
