"Purchased a sofa and love seat combo with in house delivery. Love seat arrived damaged. Submitted a damage claim and a repair guy was scheduled for about 1 month later. Repair guy says he's familiar with the issue and it's an easy fix, just have to order a part. Next I get an email stating they cannot fix the love seat and offer a refund or exchange. Still waiting on a reply on that process as I cannot personally return this. I'll likely just keep the love seat with the damages and leave a less than favorable review. I recommend in house delivery with set up and be ready to refuse acceptance of damaged product."

"Sales Associate Debbie was super amazing she explained everything so well excellent customer service skills. Shopping here at Living Spaces is an experience! They have everything you need on one visit. They cater to your children with a kids area so while you shop your kids play. My husband and I took a break at the cafe. We saved so much money shopping here this will definitely be making more trips Loved it!"

"I will update my review after we receive our purchases, however I can say that I had a great experience at Living Spaces today. I was looking for a new mattress & Daniel was the salesperson who approached me first. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different options. When I told him I was concerned about budget, he was helpful at pointing out options that might work for me. I appreciated his help a lot! Holly also helped us at check out. She was also knowledgeable about their products and financing terms. Overall, I am very happy with the experience we had and I look forward to returning. The store is nice and there are options in a variety of budgets."

"We were recommended this place from a friend. Walked in and were greeted super kindly by Matthew who explained the outline of the store to us based on what we were looking for. After exploring the store by ourselves (no pressure), he found us again and was able to walk us through purchasing our dream couch in our color of choice + pick our favorite pillow covers! Overall, the shopping experience was peaceful and fun, workers were friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our time exploring and dreaming in the store. "This furniture is amazing. I furnished my house at this store a year ago, and i must say the instore experience is amazing. The employees are top tier and thorough. They helped me through every step including a virtual furniture layout. They even looked up my apartment online for the deminsions. The delivery was effortless with the added assembly and trash takeaway. They also offer a NO Questions asked warranty, which came in handy when one of my sectionals got damaged. I took a photo and they ordered a replacement ASAP. Very professional. I can go on and on about my experience with Living Spaces. Exceptional!"
