"Would rate 0 stars if I could honestly. They took 48 items and offered me under $10. Most of the things they only paid 10 cents for. I left feeling like I may as well have donated them to someone in need because the markup on what they took will be insane. Store is so unorganized-impossible to find your size because it’s not organized by size. First and last time there that’s for sure! Make way more money for my items at uptown cheapskate and it’s way more organized! Don’t waste your time. I’d say the only plus to this place is if you are looking for a designer bag."

"Clothing is displayed nicely and prices are not outrageous. But. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find your size. Everything is organized by type and color. So you want to find size small anything? Impossible. You look until you find something you might like, check the size, and oh, nope! Even the shoes. Absolutely no size organizing for shoes! Who wants to look through an entire store just trying to find your size? I got better things to do and so many stores in this area!"

"The buyers at this store have absolutely know idea what they’re doing. They have zero knowledge of clothes and accessories, and they will try to lowball you at any chance they get. The workers don’t care about your items, nor do they care about your time. After being told to wait 2 hours for ONE item, I ended up waiting almost 3 and a half hours. After the 3 and a half hours, they called me, told me to come back, ONLY for them to not accept my item. When asked why, they said they couldn’t go in detail due to store policy. PLEASE save yourself the headache and do not sell anything to this business."

"I would give 0 stars was told that my items would be processed in less than 4 hours. Left came back and they wanted me to wait another hour and then still hadn’t managed to start appraisal on my items. They missed out on designers such as moschino, Gucci, miu miu and others clearly not what they’re looking for. Took my items back, drove an hour and half to have my time wasted by careless employees. DO NOT SELL TO THEM, WASTE OF TIME!!!!"

"First time is the last time. Very poor service but that would be tolerable if the horrible offer they gave for high end, designer and vintage pieces. I’ll keep doing business with the resale stores that earn my money and items. Do not sell your items here. If you have a handbag go around the corner to the actual designer handbag reseller. When buying items they may be fairer priced but not worth ripping people off. Lesson learned.Visit Uptown Cheapskate or Clothes Mentor, Buffalo Exchange and really any other resale store than this rip off of a store."
